Salon Etiquette

Reservations: Reservations may be made over the phone or in person. If you are a new guest or are receiving a new service, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out any necessary forms or new guest profile cards.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your reservation may be shortened to allow the service provider to be on time for her/his next guest. Please let us know if you are running late for your reservation or you may be considered a no show after 15 minutes and your reservation forfeited. This policy allows others to enjoy our services. Our service providers make every effort to stay on time. If we are running behind we will make accommodations for each guest to receive her/his full experience.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we require notification 48 hours before your scheduled time. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged for late cancellations. Failure to cancel a reservation may result in a “no-show” charge which is 50% of the treatment price. You may need a credit card to schedule a reservation.

Special Chemical Services: Prior to your service, you’ll need to reserve a consultation; your stylist will determine the price for services based on that meeting, and help you schedule your reservation. At that time we ask for a credit card in order to secure your booking. Cancellations or no-shows will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Peaceful Environment: To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, please put your phone on vibrate or off while in the salon. If you must take a call, please be aware of others around you.

Special Needs and Medical Conditions: Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Before receiving your service, please let us know about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Talking with your service provider will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment.

Confidentiality: We are dedicated to keeping all personal, medical, and financial information confidential and secure.

Children: In order to create a serene and relaxing environment for all guests, we request that children not enter the salon unless the child is receiving a service. Children under the age of 12 must be attended by an adult at all times.

Pricing: Some service prices will vary based on service provider or length of reservation time required. We welcome guests to schedule a consultation before receiving services in order to obtain a price quote from her/his service provider.

Gratuity: Prices do not include a gratuity, except for group reservations. In appreciation of your service provider for outstanding service, cash only gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Refunds: Salon Diva staff strives to provide each guest with the best in technique and products, however if a guest is unhappy with the results of her/his service we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns or technical errors. We do not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. We have a 7-day policy in which guests may return to have corrections made or receive in-salon credit.

Accommodations: Salon Diva is a coed facility with gender neutral restrooms. For your comfort, we provide guests robes in order to protect clothing from color, etc. Spa guests also receive warm body wraps for facial services. We ask that guests maintain quiet conversations in or near spa rooms.
